Almonds und craneberrys
Recipe for you:
10 Medjool dates chopped up, 5 tbsp oat bran, 4 tbsp ground almonds, 3 tbsp Strath Food supplement, 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter, 1 tbsp cranberries, ½ tsp gingerbread spice.
Puree the ingredients and finally roll in oat bran and a little gingerbread spice.

Oat and coconut combo
Recipe for you:
1 pack Seeberger Nuts'n Berries, 2 tbsp rolled oats (soaked in water), 3 tbsp water or fruit juice, 2 tbsp Strath Food supplement, 2 tbsp coconut flakes.
Puree the ingredients, shape into balls and roll in the coconut flakes.

Recipe for you:
50g pitted prunes, 50g tree nuts, 1 tbsp cocoa, ½ tbsp Strath Food supplement.
Puree the ingredients. Shape into small balls and coat in pistachio slivers.
