CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The online presentation of our product range does not constitute a binding offer of contract. By sending an order, you are placing a binding order and thus accept the respective valid General Terms and Conditions. Bio-Strath AG reserves the right to decide freely whether to accept the order. The sales contract is concluded when the items are shipped. The prices on the day of the order apply, which are repeated in the online order confirmation. Employees of Bio-Strath AG are not authorized to agree orally to any other terms and conditions or to make any assurances that go beyond the content of the written contract or these General Terms and Conditions.

If online information on an article in the range is incorrect, Bio-Strath AG will make you a counter offer, the acceptance of which you are free to decide.

PAYMENT TERMS

The goods will only be dispatched after the confirmed payment has been made via the payment service provider Datatrans AG. Billing is carried out via the payment channel selected in each case.
Using invoice as payment, the GTCs of CembraPay AG apply.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

As a rule, they are dispatched the next working day by Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). Up to and including a total invoice amount of CHF 30 (incl. VAT, excl. postage), a flat-rate delivery charge of CHF 9 will be invoiced. Shipping is only possible in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

If you have any complaints or wish to return items, please contact Bio-Strath AG in advance (info@bio-strath.com) to make contact. Returns that are sent back without prior agreement will not be refunded.
