Strath Iron is based on natural iron, fermented herbal yeast and vitamin C.
In this fermented form the iron can be easily absorbed by the body. Natural vitamin C additionally aids absorption.
Strath Iron is suitable for women, vegans, vegetarians, physically active people, people with celiac disease, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: One tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

One tablet contains 14mg of iron and covers 100% of the daily iron nutrient reference value.

This is how it works
Good iron absorption
Strath Iron should ideally be taken 30 minutes before a meal, preferably before breakfast, or 2 hours after a meal. This prevents the absorption of iron from being impaired by other substances in the food.
