Succession planning was finalised in May 2024 and a suitable partner in many respects was found in the family-owned company ebi-pharm. Despite the change of owner and managing director, the company remains unchanged and will continue to be managed independently.
David Pestalozzi will remain with the company for the next few years. He will support the management in an advisory capacity and continue to support ongoing projects and export partners. Kevin Pestalozzi is the 3rd generation to join the company. Continuity is therefore assured!

David Pestalozzi, former CEO of Bio-Strath, looks to the future with confidence and emphasises the importance of shared company values:

It was particularly important to me that the Binz family shares the same values as we, the Pestalozzi family, together with our respective teams.

Stefan Binz, new Managing Director of Bio-Strath and Managing Director of ebi-pharm, emphasises the importance of continuity:
Our companies and we as individuals have a lot in common. Both David Pestalozzi and I are the second generation to manage our companies. I am therefore very aware of the importance of this and, together with the teams at Bio-Strath and ebi-pharm, I will do my utmost to ensure this.
